Richard G. Nixon achieved early career success in the field of real estate, with his own full service real estate firm, and in the business community as a "turn around specialist" with a large American based business conglomerate. Nixon co-founded Radiographic Development Corp. (RDC) a medical X-ray manufacturing company that he took public in 1980. RDC re-manufactured medical X-Ray equipment for sale to clinics and radiology departments, private and government owned hospitals, the Veterans Administration and foreign owned health systems. RDC was a leader in low-dose fluoroscopy and a pioneer in high-speed cinematography for coronary and cerebral angiographies. Richard recently retired as CEO of LazyMan Publishing Company that he bought from the estate of the late Joe Karbo so that he could carry on the great work Joe started. Richard credits Joe Karbo with much of the success that Richard has enjoyed in his own personal and business life. As a visionary business leader, entrepreneur and noted author, Richard has spoken to audiences throughout North America and beyond, on such subjects as: "Bring the Dream Back to American Business", "The Fundamentals of Success", and "How to retire from your own business - in style". His second book, The Roadmap To Riches (LazyMan Publishing Company, 1993 - 2002) the Workbook for The Lazy Man's Way to Riches attained "best seller" status in only two weeks and was awarded the publishers "Gold Seal" award of excellence. The latest book, The Lazy Man's Way To Riches Revisited; How To Have Everything in the World You Really Want, an update of his first book was published by Penguin Classics in 1995. His next book, Building a Successful Business While Being a Successful Person, is scheduled for release in July 2003. He is now the retired Chairman - CEO of LazyMan Publishing Company, a publisher of books, E-Books, audio tapes, seminars and web based products for both the general public and corporate clients.
